First stage of blocking

So this is my first time using the "Dennis" rig and I have to say this is going to be quite a challenge, but if I can pull it off it might be really great. I ended up using the first 3/4 of Take 01 and the rest of Cut 01 from my video reference. Here's just the first stage of my blocking, and the notes my instructor gave me tonight. The numbers correspond to the frames the comments are referring to - it's pretty hard to see them on the screen but you can make a pretty good guess at this point to where things are at.

-12 - move right foot, looks glued to ground, tilt head more to exaggerate line of action
-rotate chest more on Y axis towards screen right
-need to feel a little more tension in right hand, feels too relaxed
-50 - left hand pose is too symmetrical
-use weight shifts from video reference as key poses
-increase the amplitude of the weight shifts, keep in mind which leg the weight is over for emphasizing body curves
-push jumping action more
-180 - stay more 3/4 view instead of profile, close fists more
-194 - avoid extreme foreshortening on the left arm
-230 - keep hand closer to body to feel him trying to contain himself
-248 - too much amplitude on the pose, bring hips forward more
-300 - line of action too straight, should be more of a backwards "C" with weight over the left leg
-overall just need to push actions more and have better arm poses
